Cancellation Policy

Effective October 2025 1. 📅 Scheduling All services must be booked in advance through our official booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to finalize your project goals and timeline. 2. 💵 Payment Terms Full payment is required before service completion. No deposits are accepted. Work will not begin until payment is received in full. 3. 🔁 Revisions Most services include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at a set fee (typically $50 per round). Revision terms are outlined per service. 4. 🚫 Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are available only if work has not yet begun. Once work begins, partial refunds may be considered based on progress. No refunds will be issued after final delivery. Strategy calls may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. 5. 🕒 Turnaround Time Delivery timelines vary by service. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested at booking. 6. 📩 Communication Swift Tubez will reach out within 48 hours of booking to confirm goals, gather assets, and begin your project. All communication will be handled via email or scheduled call.
